My embroidered waistcoat made it safely to Jamestown and will be part of their Tenacity exhibition. I have a picture on my @koshkacat Instagram.

My new Melisandre wig is good.

I just made scones. They'll be ready in less than three minutes. No clotted cream since I decided to make them today, but unsweetened whipped cream is really good too.

Today is perfect weather for the Renaissance faire. 70 and overcast. Yesterday was in the 80s, I think it was, and bright and sunny. I found it to be much warmer than Williamsburg (except for the last day), actually even though it was technically cooler. But, as twilatee said, it's the glare.
